These terms apply to customer-facing Quote Print Done links for reviewing quotes, proofs, invoices, and order status. Store-provided terms may also apply when linked from the page.
Platform Access And Private Beta
Private beta access is offered to approved businesses and may change as the service develops. Keep account credentials private, use QPD only for authorized business activity, and provide accurate store and contact information when applying for access.
Using Public Links
Quote, proof, and invoice links are intended for the recipient and anyone the recipient is authorized to involve in the print job. Do not forward a link to someone who should not access the order information.
Quotes And Approvals
Prices, taxes, quantities, artwork requirements, and due dates may be reviewed by the store before production. Approving a quote or proof through a public link records a customer-facing decision for that job.
Artwork And Files
By uploading or approving files, you confirm that you have the right to use the content and that the store may use it to produce the requested print work. The store may contact you if files are missing, low quality, or require changes.
Payments
Some stores collect payment through their own point-of-sale or accounting process. When online payment is unavailable, the public invoice page will explain that payment is handled directly by the store.
Store Policies
A store may provide its own terms, cancellation rules, payment policies, or privacy policy. Store-specific policies control when they are linked from a Quote Print Done page.

QPD is evolving during private beta, so features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while we improve the service. Contact [email protected] with account or platform questions. You must also follow the QPD Acceptable Use requirements.
