Quote Print Done
Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This notice explains the platform-level privacy posture for customer-facing Quote Print Done links. Store-provided privacy policies may also appear on quote, proof, or invoice pages.
Beta Applications And Accounts
When a business applies for private beta access, we collect the contact and store details needed to review the request and create or support an account. We use the information to communicate about access, onboarding, and the QPD service.
Information We Handle
Quote Print Done helps print stores manage quotes, orders, proofs, invoices, customer contacts, messages, and uploaded artwork or production files. Public quote, proof, and invoice links are tokenized so customers can review only the records shared with them.
How It Is Used
Information is used to prepare estimates, process print orders, route production work, send proofs or invoices, support customer service, and keep an audit trail for store operations.
Who Can Access It
Access is limited by tenant, store, role, and workflow. Store staff, approved operators, and production partners may see the information needed to complete the job. Customer-facing links are designed to hide internal costs, private notes, storage keys, and production-only details.
Retention And Requests
Stores may retain job history, proof decisions, invoices, and files for operational, accounting, and reorder needs. For privacy questions or requests, contact the store that sent the link or Quote Print Done support.
Security And Changes
We use role-aware access controls and tokenized public links to help protect platform information. No system can promise perfect security, so stores and users must also protect account credentials and review shared links carefully. We may update this policy as QPD develops and will post the current version here.
